Mauro is a bilingual Portuguese international football intermediary by the FA England with IMS No. 003295.

Having graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Analysis and Coaching at London Kingston University and also in Specialization in Football Agency and Career Management at Universidade Europeia, he gained a wealth of knowledge in the player recruitment process and player performance analysis. Subsequently working as a scout and FA intermediary in a football agency, he built an international network of club directors, coaches, players, and intermediaries, as well as, specialists in wealth management, tax, and lifestyle services. 

During this period, he felt an extreme willingness to protect the interests of talented young players, guiding them to ensure the efficient development of their professional careers. Presently due to the unregulated intermediary environment, Mauro's clients recognise the significance of his roots - his academic background and the professional integrity which clients were always assured.
